Charge5 transit card sensing abaility becomes unstable.

I am a user of the Fitbit Pay transit card(iPass virtual card) in Taiwan. After the recent firmware update, the sensing ability has become very unstable. The entrance gates of the Taiwan Railways often do not sense my transit card. How can I roll back to the old firmware or is there another way to improve it?

I did more tests. I found that sensing goes smoothly if I switch to the Fitbit Pay page and display the transit card screen. I will use it this way for now. This makes me feel more inconvenient because I didn't need this procedure.
