Charge5 won't hold charge.

My charge 5 was working fine till a few days ago. After charging it discharges after a few hrs, 4 to be exact. I have tried all tips in community pages but nothing works. Any ideas would be appreciated. I have only had my charge 5 since February.

Some problem! I have my charge 5 since march. Charging doesn’t work And THE battery is 0% after an hour. Cleaning And restarting didn’t help. Who knows what to do?
