Charged for "free" premium trial

My fitbit was supposed to come with a 6 month free subscription.   When I signed up for premium I was charged.   I canceled the paid subscription and got a refund but I lost the premium service.

 

How do I enable the free 6 month premium subscription?

@Mikemvg Sad to hear that you've got trouble with your Fitbit Premium trial. To clarify the situation and finally have the opportunity to try Fitbit's premium services, I'd suggest contacting Fitbit Service. If you got a case ID, please keep that ready:
