I just purchased a new Charger 5 and did all the steps, wore the device correctly and have been using it for 5 continuous days.
When I click on health metrics skin Temperature & oxygenation show “no data in the past 24 hours” while all my other metrics are fine (i.e heart rate/ sleep .. etc)
i know the device is working, but for some reason those two don’t.
I saw someone say delete all the logs, well, when I click on Skip temperature for example it has dates logged below the empty chart, but when I click on them they are too empty. (Same for oxygenation)
anyone had this issue/know the solution ?
