Charger 5 screen with 5 dots at the top

Yesterday my charger 5 locked up to where I can't see the screen. It has 5 dots at the top and I can't view anything. It is fully charged and I am at a loss. Please hope someone can help.

It's a bit late to reply, sorry.  If you still need help, try putting it on the charger and pushing the button at the USB end 3 times to reset it.
