My charger 5 started to shut down frequently and I needed to rest it using the charger cable a lot during the day. This is my second experience with Fitbit product that got an issue after exactly one year of use. My charger 3 had a problem in the screen and they just offered me a small discount and this time they did the same. The questions is how I could trust any of Fitbit products all over again?
