Charger not working Charge 5

Plugged into wall and watch says “check charger, battery is not charging” . Tried to plug unplug, different plugs, nothing. What’s up?

Thank you for the information provided regarding your Charge 5 that is not charging properly.

 

If this is related to the battery, please make sure that you've followed all the other steps provided in this article. If the device is charging, but the screen is completely black, make sure that you've also completed the three pulse restart procedure described here

I find that sometimes the pins don't always line up precisely and I have to fuss with the charger placement.
