I got my Fitbit Charge 5 less than a year ago. The device has worked perfectly up until about a week ago. The watch died and will no longer charge. When plugged in, the device reads “Check Charger. The battery is not charging.”
I’ve thoroughly cleaned the device several times, bought a new charger, reset the device, but nothing seems to work. The watch will act like it’s charging for a few seconds and say 0% critical battery, then go back to the Check charger screen.
