When I installed the new clock face aura, the clock face wouldn't center. instead, it would be on the top left corner.IMG_5636.jpg

Hey everyone!

I wanted to thank you all for your participation in this thread. Since the clock faces reported in this thread have been removed from the Charge 5, I will be closing this thread. It's possible that we'll see other clock faces for this device, but it's not possible to confirm or provide a specific time frame.

If you are experiencing an issue with your Charge 5 unrelated to the these clock faces, I invite you to start a new topic on the community or find a related topic. In addition, it's always great to have more clock face options to choose from. If you haven't done so already, please consider voting for these ideas posted in the forums:

If you have a specific idea for a clock faces, I would recommend that you post this idea in the Product Feedback board of the Community, since this section is regularly monitored by the team of developers. Make sure to post your idea including as many details as possible.

Thanks again for all your feedback and contributions on this thread.

Omg same pookie its so dumb

And its with the analogish too

Tried to install it just to see how it was and can confirm this is a joke. Not just because it is not centered, but because Fitbit keep on releasing useless clock faces. This will just drain your battery faster and does not respond to all the requests from fitbit community.

Same here, not centered and not as big as it should be. Looking forward to trying it out once fixed.

Seriously. We can’t do custom watch faces, and the new ones they do give us are broken.

The two new backgrounds aura and analogous are only on the top right of the screen and don’t take up the whole screen. Is it supposed to be like this? It’s bugging me.

I was happy to see the new watch faces but yep totally disappointed that neither is centered and smaller than should be. Is this going to be fixed??

Best Answer

Is this working as intended? Also I have reinstalled a different clock face and installed Aura again, same issue.

Same with the anologish one. I’ve reached out to Fitbit and now have a “case number” they will supposedly look into the problem. Didn’t they test the faces on an actual charge 5 device??

mine as well!

FYI to those with the new clock faces aura and Analogish not aligning- after I reached out to Fitbit support they are saying the device is damaged and are replacing it - mine is still under warranty- hoping the replacement will have the faces corrected 🤞

Clock face only takes up about a quarter of the screen, should be larger.

Same issue also for me

Just setup my new Charge 5 and same thing happens on the Aura clock face. I’ll try contacting them as well.

Yeah, I can't even figure out how to read the time on that thing. Which is minutes, and which is hours?

Ugh, seriously?!?! No, that's ridiculous. It's clearly a software problem. I already had mine replace once for a broken seal, and I don't want it replaced again.

Same, I hate it! That one actually looks like it would be nice if it was the right size. I guess I'm going back to my old ugly but functional one.
