When I installed the new clock face aura, the clock face wouldn't center. instead, it would be on the top left corner.IMG_5636.jpg

Well,that's embarrassing.  Here I was thinking Google intended to keep developing good stuff for the Fitbit. Now I realise they will just let it wither away.

Is there any chance that there will be a clock face available for the Charge 5 that is either useful or attractive? Or even both? Aura is the best I've seen. It should be easy enough for a competent developer to migrate successfully to Charge 5 from Luxe.

@DavideFitbit this is very disappointing…

Cool, so Fitbit has decided to make the problem go away instead of fixing it.

When my Charge 5 dies, I’m never buying from Fitbit (or Google Pixel watches) again.

I'm not sure this is actually the "best answer." This was a scaling/cropping issue which I believe could have been addressed. What worries me about this is that it brings into question whether there will be any future additions to the Charge 5 gallery. I love the device itself, but the clock faces offered for it do not showcase it to its full potential. With the exception of a few designs, the remaining are rather childlike in appearance or simply do not complement the device's appearance. Aura, for example, would have been a very attractive face option. Dropping it is basically saying, "We don't want to take the time to fix it." I've been an IT developer for many years, and I'm quite familiar with that tactic, especially when there are other projects on the plate.

We don't know if the two screens where permanently removed, or removed until corrected (and tested)

We do know that the problem bothered somebody in fitbit land

I really liked the Aura face as it was the only one in the gallery that I could read at night without my eyeglasses.  I am sorry to hear you had that problem.  I did not and hope it is restored at some point.  The faces in the gallery seem to offer choice but they mostly seem the same in an unflattering way.

I agree. I had the luxe which had that clock face plus other good ones but bought the charge 5 for the bigger screen and gave my luxe to my daughter. I incorrectly assumed the charge 5 would have at least some of the same faces. Fitbit needs to get the aura back on there!

Hey everyone!

I wanted to thank you all for your participation in this thread. Since the clock faces reported in this thread have been removed from the Charge 5, I will be closing this thread. It's possible that we'll see other clock faces for this device, but it's not possible to confirm or provide a specific time frame.

If you are experiencing an issue with your Charge 5 unrelated to the these clock faces, I invite you to start a new topic on the community or find a related topic. In addition, it's always great to have more clock face options to choose from. If you haven't done so already, please consider voting for these ideas posted in the forums:

If you have a specific idea for a clock faces, I would recommend that you post this idea in the Product Feedback board of the Community, since this section is regularly monitored by the team of developers. Make sure to post your idea including as many details as possible.

Thanks again for all your feedback and contributions on this thread.
