Clock is slow on my Charge 5

My watch is 11 minutes slow. How do I correct this problem. Thank you!

Hi there, @keng35.

Thanks for letting me know about your Charge 5. To look into this, may I know if your tracker is syncing correctly? If not, what is the error message displayed? Also, what is the model of your phone?

In the meantime, let me recommend the following steps:

  1. Make sure the time zone is correct in your profile.
  2. Forget your Charge 5 from the Bluetooth settings.
  3. Check if the Fitbit app is updated.
  4. Force quit the Fitbit app and reboot your phone.
  5. Open the Fitbit app and pull down on the screen to force a manual sync.
