The clock is reading  approximately 4 hours off. No idea why that happened. No idea how to fix it

@Kalee1 Hello! Is your Charge 5 syncing to your phone? Make sure the app is open on your phone and you may need force a sync. Also make sure your Charge 5 is connected to Bluetooth. Restarting the device and your phone may also help.

I did trouble shoot in the areas you suggested. Remarkable and
unexplainable, last night I did not wear my fitbit to bed(always wear it
all the time) and this morning the timeon the clock is correct!!!.. such
are the quirks of technology
