Complete disappointment

I received my Charge 5 yesterday and plan to send it back tomorrow. I've had several Fit Bits without any major problems. With everything I read about the Charge 5, I was interested.

After setting it up, all I can say is what a major disappointment. The deal breaker was the clockface. Fitbit toots their horn for offering a selection 23 clockfaces. So no matter your age, what you have to choose from are 23 'designs'suited for a teenager with a skateboard. Seriously??

I completely agree with you. The clock face designs are horrible. I just want one elegant design that i could use without all the stupid colors. I'm surprised that Fitbit didn't address this issue yet with so many people complaining about these designs.

Lots of people feel the same way.  I wish we could have the Clock Faces and celebrations from the Charge 4 because I much preferred them.

The only thing to do is vote for suggestions in this vein and add comments if you’d like to.
