Confused about the plastic package of the watch face

well,I bought another fitbit charge5 (American Version) in Amazon on Jun 4th,but when I receive the band I found that there is no plastic package to cover the watch faces. Is it normal ? I was confused because I remember that when I bought my fist charge5 the watch face was covered by a plastic film.

So is it normal? Do you changed your standard of packaging?

Hi, @Brisky , I confirm that what you experienced was completely as expected.  New Fitbit trackers are not necessarily supplied with plastic films over the watch face.  Hopefully you will agree that any Fitbit/Google reductions in unnecessary plastic usage is a positive step. Please do not be concerned.  There is really no issue that your Fitbit screen would be damaged inside its packaging, even without an additional plastic film.
