Connection broken on one side when trying to take off band/broken clip/lost pin!

I was taking off the band and one side was no problem.  The other side was harder, came away suddenly and I heard something ping and roll on the floor. The polar coloured clip is broken on one side and the pin for that side is missing.

The watch is not even 2 weeks old. Any idea where I can get a replacement? Have looked on the site and can only find new bands.
