Contact with Google and Fitbit at the end of my tether

At the end of my tether My Fitbit 5 which won't start and has disappeared from Fitbit accounts. Trying to contact Google in relation to this is impossible as all I received are computer generated warnings about action on my account. No relevance to the help requested/question asked. I might as well throw my Fitbit 5 in the trash as any help from Fitbit or Google is non existent. As a seventy year-old I relied on my Fitbit for heart records etc. seems like I wasted my money!

Could you please share where you got the contact info from, so that we can make sure that you are contacting the right Team.

Normally if you contacted Google Support, they should have informed you about Fitbit Support and how to get in touch with them .
