My wife installed her new Charge 5 today. Is there a setting to control the time the watch display stays on? Sometimes when she turns her wrist it doesn't display at all. Or it turns on for about 1 second and then turns off. Not enough time to read it. Is there a setting to control on/off behavior on the arm. Like:
1 Stay on while arm is in twist/viewing position.
2 Number of seconds on.
3 Sensitivity or amount of arm twist required.
4 Does this behavior vary with clock face?

It's good to see you back in the community @stanhilliard.
Thanks for sharing the inquiry regarding your Charge 5.
On your device, for a full list of settings, swipe down from the clock screen and open the Settings app. Swipe up to see the full list of settings, and tap a setting to adjust it. On Screen Time Out, you can adjust the amount of time before the screen turns off.
Before considering other options, please can you perform a restart on your device?

Hello @stanhilliard
The settings to adjust the display are on the Charge 5.
I wasn't able to find a setting for the sensitivity on the arm twist on the Charge 5 or in the Fitbit app. For me, a gentle twist usually displays the clock face. When that doesn't work, I use the double tap to wake the screen.
As far as I can tell, the display behavior is the same for all the clock faces.
It's probably worth doing a quick restart after changing the display settings.
