Couldn't claim Charge 5 warranty

Anyone else not buying fitbit because they don’t honour the warranty
I was told by the fitbit call centre to post here! My device was new in Nov 22 in the Uk it’s a 2 year warranty but fitbit aren’t honouring that as the device was a replacement, yes another device failed too! A device should last 2 years right? Please support this

Hello, I have been waiting for Fitbit customer support to honour my Charge 5 two-year warranty for weeks now! After an initial more or less regular exchange of emails, they disappeared while waiting the decision of the "upper department"! Needless to say, I am deeply disappointed! I hope you may be able to help me! Thank you!
