Seeing crazy high calorie burn numbers in workouts I track from Fitbit.
Strangely, it doesn't seem to affect my total calorie burn number, but this makes individual workout calorie tracking useless. Do I have a bad device or what?

Hi, it's good to see you around in the forums for the first time, @BJG51.
Thank you for sharing your inquiry about this inconvenience with the Charge 5 and for the screenshots.
Before considering other options, let me know if this only happens with a specific workout and make sure that all the information in your account settings is correct and updated ( sex, age, height, and weight), as this can affect the accuracy of calories burned.
In addition, please complete a three pulse restart following these steps:
Hope this helps, I'll be around.

Hi Davide,
My account info is correct and updated. I actually use an Aria to track weight as well so that is updated pretty much daily.
This happens when I use the "Workout" exercise. That is pretty much the only exercise I really use - I run sporadically and haven't seen this for the run exercise. Just to be clear - this happens sporadically, but relatively often. I'll have one Workout that is just fine, and the next one will have this crazy high calorie count mid workout.
Thank you!
