Has anyone else experienced Fitbit's customer support links not working? Any time I click 'start chat' it gives me the 'Sorry, that page is following a different trail' page. It just sends you in loops and you can't ever contact support.

 

Secondly, my Fitbit account has completely disappeared and when I have actually contacted support about this, they can't find any history under my name or email. I find that that very uncomfortable that all my data is just gone out of nowhere and I can't get ahold of anyone to help.

when there is someone available, chat is an option. Phone or Twitter works well, too.
