DND & Sleep modes toggle "on" too easily.

I find my Charge 5 in DND Mode, Sleep Mode, or both, without my deliberately toggling "on" either of those functions.  I believe they are getting inadvertently swiped and tapped on when my wrist contacts objects and/or my body.  It has happened to me at least ten times.  As I keep my phone completely silent and use the Charge 5 as my only notification for calls and texts, having it go silent without my knowing has caused me to miss communications.

I'd like to see an extra "verification tap" on those two screens, coupled with a timer that reverts the Charge 5 to the home screen after, say, 5 seconds of not toggling or 5 seconds of not verifying.

Hi, thank you for all the information that you've shared about the Do Not Disturb and Sleep modes, @F14Scott. 

It would certainly be helpful to have an option for extra verification. If  you haven't done so already, I would recommend that you post this idea in the Feature Suggestion board of the Community, since this section is regularly monitored by the team of developers. Make sure to post your idea including as many details as possible. 

In addition, if you feel this is happening too often, I also recommend that you try the three pulse restart method and then check if you continue to experiencing the same problem.
