DND mode does not stay in OFF mode... as soon as the device is moved it turns ON... hence, I am unable to receive notifications of calls, messages, etc ... I already have a call into customer service... DISAPPOINTED this is a new device...

Thanks for letting us know about your Charge 5 and your efforts while contacting our Support team. I understand how you're feeling and I'm sorry for this inconvenience. To look into this, may I know since when this started to happen? Does the DND turns back On when doing a specific activity? Does the same happen with other settings (Sleep Mode, Screen Wake, etc.)?

 

I believe you've already done so, but please make sure to restart your tracker as described here to refresh its performance. Then monitor its behavior and let me know how it goes.
