Last week I had 169 consecutive days of 10,000 steps and strangely it reset to seven consecutive daysToday is the third time the Charge 5 reset my consecutive days of 10,000 steps. Months ago I had 299 consecutive days and It reset to one day Last week I had 169 consecutive days of 10,000 steps and strangely it reset to seven consecutive days. This morning I deleted the app shut off my phone turn on my phone reinstall the app and Wala it reset to six days why is it doing this. I sync the Fitbit five multiple times a day. Once again why is it doing this and the Fitbit support team offered no help the last time I contacted him. Thank you for any help with this matter
