Dashboard has no heart rate data for 9 hours today

There is an exactly 9 hour long gap in my heart rate data, from 7:20AM CST to 4:20PM CST.   I was wearing the device the entire time and it does not have a corresponding gap in my step data.

By the way, when I tried to post this originally I got an enigmatic message saying "the message buddy contains (a two digit number, a dash, and a six digit number), which is not allowed under community guidelines." I could not find what this means but when I removed the attached screenshot showing the gap, then this was allowed.

Edit:. When I tried to post this reply I got the error again.  I had to remove the number for it to let me post it.  The numbers it didn't like were twenty five dash eighteen one three thirty, and when I took a one out it said it didn't like twenty five dash eighteen three thirty.

I think I figured out how to share my screenshot - the number string that the forum objects to was in the filename of the screenshot.  I renamed it.
