Hello, I heard that the (obviously very serious) performance issues had been resolved for the second time yesterday.
My app display only shows calories as the big display (used to be steps), plus is missing all heart rate info, all sleep data, health metrics missing, zone minutes missing and a few other items as well.
My Charge 5 itself is collecting data, it’s just not being transferred to the app. My device states I have the correct firmware.
