It seams that no one at Fitbit will give us a clear cut reason for this. The device is not loose, and in fact it recorded all sleep phases for ten entire night, but the percentage score in each bar line graft is present except dee sleep has no percentage….just minutes. I am not alone with this problem. Why can’t Fitbit tell us what is wrong and stop with the run-around?….and yes, I have tried to restart my device too.

Hello @AshleyWantsZZZZ and welcome to the Community. I will see that from time to time, not just with deep sleep. I have seen it with my REM and Awake time -- but only when the bar is too short for the percentage score to fit in the bar.
You are describing an app display issue. Do you use an Android or iPhone? Sometimes there are display differences between the two platforms. Can you add a screenshot? Sometimes a new Community member can't include a screenshot on their first post. You should be able to add one now.
