I am deeply disappointed in Fitbit Charge 5 Battery Life. I bought 2 of them (one for me and one for my adult child) at the same time. March 2022. Their battery is not chargeable and keeps getting the Fitbit boot up symbol on the device. We have tried to tackle this problem together and have tried everything that has been suggested (cleaning the device as prescribed to make sure a good connection, rebooted, made sure all of the setting were set to minimal background usage, would only charge to 99% and would then drain quickly when taken off charger. We checked for updates and even tried the factory reset. The device, when on the charger will read 99%, but once unplugged, is at 0%.)
I doubt the warranty goes past a year. At this point, I think it's a lost cause and am considering buying another tracking device, but I'm not sure if I want to get another Charge 5 because I'm worried about running into the same problem just after a year. From my research, it looks like this has been a problem with the Fitbit Charge 5 for some time without it being fix. Is anyone else experiencing the same issue? Can it be resolved?

Charged my on Friday to 100% at 66% on Sunday without wake screen on or anything else it drains so fast well it says 5 day battery life I'm not convinced thos is what it's advertised but three days I'll try the luxe if I were you or go to the garmin
