I updated my Charge 5 yesterday after I got home. I had ~10,100 steps and 93 active mins that it had logged…after the update everything for the day on my tracker went to 0…I restarted the device and everything but it still was showing 0. Since I can’t manually add my data back I wanted help figuring out if customer support could override that (I’m using my tracker for a fitness challenge so I really need that data)
