Denial of access to charge five forum

I am having a problem directly, accessing the charge five forum from within the iOS app. First, I click on my account in the upper right hand corner of the home screen. Then, I click on help. Then, I click on charge five for him. this brings me into safari where a screen comes up stating that I am no longer able to access the charge five forum i.e.: denial of access. I am a blind user using an iPhone SE third generation running version 17.4 and running Fitbit current version 412.  I hope you will be able to understand my rambling as I have dictated this on my phone.

Today Fitbit introduced version for.13. It has not corrected the denial of access to the charge. Five forum from within the iOS application.
