Sorry to say didn’t received order No. Got one mail from ndsl about payment confirmation. Pls help and purchase from your site in India. It’s already more than 24hrs

No help came in. I have ordered charge 5 on 7th of Oct. I paid using my credit card. And afterwards the ordered completion I didn't get any email confirmation or order no or anything, just a payment confirmations mail from ndsl. Now I donot have anyhting to track my order. If anyone else out here faced the same, please tell me what to do. my mail id

Hi Kashy - Did your problem resolve? 

 

I also ordered fitbit from fitbits official site yesterday. No order number or any revert yet. 

 

Also to confirm the payment confirmation you got was that from razorpay or ndsl ?

Don’t worry u will get it within 2 weeks. Whenever they will start dispatching, they start communicating with you.

You should get an order number once the shipping process starts, as @Kashy mentioned earlier. If you don't receive an order number, I do recommend that you get in touch with the Customer Support team here
