Hello
Have placed an order thru ur online store for a Charge 5 . No email or sms communication from Fitbit India. No response to any email requests / twitter support. Have recd a communication from bank that my credit card has been charged. Absolutely pathetic customer support from Fitbit India !

Try not to worry too much. It seems to be the way that they work and they will contact you when it’s ready to ship.
