Disappointed with product promise failure and unhelpful customer service

I bought my Charge 5 in 2021, and I was very excited and happy with the features. Friends and family use the Apple watch and Garmin and I always felt that Charge 5 delivered the same, if not better, results at a lower price point. 

All this changed when my Charge 5 stopped working while I was swimming. I saw the watch go blank and immediately came out to take it off and dry it. Left it alone for a few hours and tried turning it on. Nothing. Tried charging it a couple of days later and still nothing, although the charging sign came on when it was on charge. 

Contacted customer service and got some troubleshooting suggestions. Tried them all and still nothing. Eventually, they told me there was nothing they could do as my charge 5 was no longer under warranty. I fail to understand this - Fitbit claims most of their devices are water resistant up to 50 meters. I was nowhere near 50 meters of water and yet, it stopped. So even though the product has failed to live up to its promise, I will not get any support or a replacement from Fitbit. 

Not happy!!!

I am also experiencing problem since long, my carge 5 screen getting off randomly and the customer care has nothing to do to resolve this issue.
