I have to double tap almost everytime I scroll to see next display,  it doesn't stay on. Any ideas?

Hi, welcome to the Fitbit Community forums, @Drhladik. 

Thank you for sharing that you've been having trouble with your Charge 5.

Could you please provide a few extra details about this inconvenience? Let me know if the display is constantly turning off and you need to double tap to turn it on and swipe to the next screen or if the screen just gets stuck and won't allow you to swipe to the next screen anymore. 

In the meantime, please make sure that you've tried the three pulse restart method using the charging cable: 

  1. Connect your device to the charging cable. For instructions, see How do I charge my Fitbit device?
  2. Press the button located on the flat end of the charger 3 times (end of the USB cable), pausing for 1 second between presses. Then wait 10 seconds or until the Fitbit logo appears.
