My display doesn’t come on when I flick my wrist and I have to tap it hard at least 3 times…. Is there a setting to change this or I’m sending it back?!

@Jucam4 Welcome to the Fitbit community!

To enable display wake by turning your wrist, you have to have this option enabled. Just swipe down from your clock face until you see the gear icon for Settings. Tap on that and scroll to find Display settings. After you've tapped on that, locate Screen Wake to activate this gesture.
