My charge 5 displays a red circle with white x inside it. What does it mean? How do I reboot it?

Hello @Debralight 

You can restart your Charge 5 by using the charging cable that came with your device. This help article has the instructions: How do I restart my Fitbit? (<-- click link)

Just to let you know, it may take more than one attempt to get your device to successfully restart.
