@CortezVIP The app that you posted and made the video of seems to be a generic Chinese health app, it's certainly not the Fitbit app. You can Google for yourself screenshots of the Fitbit app, you'll see its very different to what you show. If you look at this link (here) and scroll down you will see screenshots of the app you have. Does the tracker in the images look similar to yours? It's not a Charge 4, or any Fitbit at all for that matter.

This is an old S Health screenshot, I think you can see some resemblance. Obviosuly I'm not up to date with recent development of Samsung suite hence I aplogize and I thank for the clarification.
Since @CortezVIP you're so adamant to insist that your tracker is a Charge 4 would you kindly send us a picture of it? I'm really curious.
Thanks

I just followed the link provided by @N8teGee (thanks mate!) and indeed it shows the app as posted by @CortezVIP . So don't bother to post a picture of your tracker, we already concluded it is not a Fitbit.
Bottom line: Charge 4 has not blood pressure monitor, no current Fitbit has blood pressure monitor and finally Charge 5 won't have blood pressure monitor. On the other side skin temperature is available for a wide range of Fitbit device including the new Charge 5. Bear in mind however the reading is not on demand or continuous but only during the sleep.

Looks like there have been a few changes. I remember. 2 days ago that my S-Health looked like the above.
Today the app was updated.
It now looks a little like fitbit's, hopefully I'll get use to the change.
Also noticed that Samsung health no longer supports Android 7 or earlier.
Also the USA has recently approved BP readings for the Galaxy Series and My Active 2 supports it.
Your phone also needs to be a Samsung phone.

FYI the watch does not directory measure blood pressure.
PTT or Pulse Transit Time is detected
This requires both ECG and the optical pulse reader.
PTT is the delay in time between the pulse and the detection of the pulse in the wrist.
The watch uses the ECG to detect the actual pulse then the optical sensor to detect the PTT in the wrist.
The shorter the PTT the higher the blood pressure.
The user can not simply put on the watch and expect an accurate reading. It takes a small calibration routine which also requires a BP cuff.
Pros and Cons
The higher your BP is, the less accurate the reading. This may make the BP reading useless while exercising.
The BP is not continuously read, but the user needs to be relaxed and still.
Requires both hands, since an ECG must be read.
It is best to be read while the user has been relaxing for a while for accuracy.
Before the first reading the unit has to be calibrated, which requires an upper arm cuff. A lower arm cuff or finger BP reader does not have enough accuracy.
I don't have access to a BP cuff and may never get the chance to test.
Then again while at rest, even today 115/xx would be high for me. Once I rode my 5ft unicycle a mile to the site to give blood. They didn't realize I rode a one Wheeler and where afraid to take any blood with my BP extremely low at 106 over 60 something.

It may be interesting to know your opinion on this watch. After using it for a while, will it live up to its advertising?
