Do you guys get a racing heart when you shower

Every time I take a hot shower my heart beats pretty fast, I took an extra hot shower today and my heartbeat went up to 158, didn’t realize until i got a notification that I was getting zone minutes lol

Hello @shikapa2 and welcome to the Community.  I can't comment on your experience, because I don't wear my Fitbit in the shower.  Even though Fitbits are water resistant, Fitbit recommends NOT wearing it in the shower.  Repeated exposure to soaps, shampoos, conditioners, etc., can weaken the seals.  Help article

@shikapa2 did you check your heart rate manually to see if the measurement from your Fitbit was correct? Water can interfere with a Fitbit measuring your heart rate accurately.
