Hi,
in Charge 5, SpO2 is monitored only during sleep?
After how many days of usage data are shown? 3?
Just received mine yesterday, no data shown for SpO2 after first night

Hi
Yes, I think it only track it during sleep.
It works for me after 1 night already. Do you have Heart rate enabled?

Hi,
yes, enabled. Now as a matter of fact the screen show Spo2 value from this first night of usage
So does it track only at night? That value is SpO2 average for the whole night?

Yes. according to the manual/ help.
Device shows “Your most recent resting SpO2 average and range”
In fitbit premium health metrics you should see the history also.

@ted2xusz Thanks for your input.
@Vdude Welcome to the Fitbit Community. Glad to hear that you received your Charge 5.
Your Charge 5 tracks SpO2 data during sleep, make sure to wear it securely so that the back of your device is in contact with your skin. In the morning, swipe up from the clock face and see your average resting SpO2 level on the SpO2 tile.
It may take around an hour for your SpO2 values to appear after you wake up. The SpO2 tile shows data for your most recent sleep session. If your sleep session is split into 2 separate logs or you take a long nap, the tile updates to show data for the most recent sleep session.
Note that for the Health Metrics tile, it is required to wear your device for at least 1 full day during the day and night and most metrics require at least 3 hours of quality sleep.
Hope this helps.
