I purchased a Charge 5 about 6 weeks ago and haven’t had a single day which everything worked! Step count and heart rate seem to work, but daily readiness seldom works, and sleep track is never correct. Sleep tracking has never tracked a full night. I have contacted customer support and jumped through their hoops to resolve all my issues, but nothing seems to work.
Does anyone have a Charge 5 that have all the features that actually work, or am I wasting my time?

I’ve had a Charge 5 since las October and it has worked extremely well. Step and sleep tracking have worked with no issues. Heart rate and O2 sat levels have matched doc visits. I’ve been please with everything about the Charge 5 except for the loss of stairs counter. Due to all the negative comments about the latest firmware update, I am avoiding it until I see Fitbit announce a new update that resolves all the issues I’ve been reading about here. My warranty runs out soon so I may update before then to have coverage in case the update kills my Charge 5.

I was about to ask this same question. Doesn't seem to be a lot of positive feedback yet. I might get one from Amazon since they have an easier return policy if I get a lemon. So frustrating as the Charge 5 has everything I want in a tracker.

Mine doesn't, nor did my Charge 4 which they replaced with a free charge 5. I have not seen my RHR now for 12 days. It's a problem I have had
since July and support cannot help.

It's not the roduct in my opinion, not that I am an expert, but the firmware/software

Mine works, but I did return it twice after my initial purchase. The ECG function didn't work well in the first one, and was OK in the second but started giving crazy results after several weeks. Third time lucky as this one has behaved itself since March. I have not installed the recent firmware update, preferring to quit while I'm ahead.

Nope, works like crap. Just over 6 weeks old and nothing is accurate.
