Does charge 5 fix what I hate about charge 4?

I loved my charge 2. Two things I hate about my charge 4 that will make my new purchase with a new company unless charge 5 improves them.

1. Screen brightness is bad I can't see the screen outside even on highest setting and I try to cover to protect from sunlight.

2. The charging is difficult to identify when it's connected and when it's not especially if you've let it go dead. So I will walk away come back in a couple hours and realize it wasn't properly connected.

Does charge 5 resolve these issues?

@robt541   I haven't tried it yet, but all of the hands on reviews that I read all say the daylight visibility is much better.  You can search for yourself.  The charger has a magnetic connection.  The shape of the Charge 5 and the Luxe are similar and the Luxe charger looks like the Charge 5 charger.  I always know when my Luxe is charging.
