Does the Charge 5 have the following improvements?

I have a charge 4 and trying to understand if the charge 5 has any of the following improvements that are relevant and useful for me:

• more/better/different apps
• more than 6 exercises in the shortcut menu
• open water swimming tracking (that Charge 4 doesn't have)
• font size personalisation / better accessibility
• customisable reminders (and not only the one at hh:50 if not done enough steps)

I understand that

• ECG is not available yet in UK and there is no ETA
• there is no more floor climbing tracking / altimeter

Given that I have no intention to buy Fitbit premium, is there anything I should watch out?

I can answer only two questions:

• more than 6 exercises in the shortcut menu
  Manual says you can have up to 6 exercise shortcuts on Charge 5.
• open water swimming tracking (that Charge 4 doesn't have)
  No Fitbit device supports open water swimming

Unfortunately, even the manual doesn't answer most of those questions.

@DannyUK   I can add a thing or two:

• The Charge 5 has the EDA scan, a part of Fitbit's stress management feature
• No Fitbit gives you font size personalization
• No Fitbit lets you customize your reminders to move
• The ECG isn't available to anyone on the release date.  I don't think that Fitbit needs to repeat the regulatory hoops for each country.  The Sense ECG app wasn't available on its release date.  I hope it doesn't take too long for Charge 5 users to get it.

As far as apps go, what are you hoping to see?  What accessibility features do you need?  Have you ever tried the Outdoor Workout for open water swimming or do you lose your GPS signal when you do?
