Device Charge 5. Phone Motorola Edge 20 lite.
After a new firmware update last week (the one that introduced 'Find Phone') my charge 5 struggles to use GPS. In fact its internal GPS has stopped working. It's worked really well for a year beforehand.
It was always set to 'dynamic', but this doesn't work any more. I've also tried 'built-in' which doesn't work either. It will ONLY track an activity if GPS is set to 'phone'.
Have contacted support and tried a number of things, including 'clear user data' and 'rest device'. uninstalling and reinstalling the app. Testing in Dungeness, where there are no trees and the only buildings are single story.
Is there a known issue with this new firmware? Any ideas?
