How do I get rid of the 5 dots at top of screen?

Hello @Roeyeg7 

I would try restarting your Charge 5. You won’t lose data doing so. Look here to see how to properly do so: https://help.fitbit.com/articles/en_US/Help_article/1186.htm 

If that doesn’t fix the issue try changing your clock face to the Fitbit original clock face if your using a third party clock face
