@mahzal72 What country are you in? Use of the ECG app requires regulatory approval (as a medical device) which Fitbit had to apply for separately in each country where they sell the Charge 5.

i'm in Malaysia. We know that our Government are Mo Ron, but they Ban ECG?

@mahzal72 I found another thread where people in Malaysia were asking the same question as you.

One of them emailed the Medical Device Authority Malaysia, who replied that they haven't received an application from Fitbit yet. That was in April 2022. They can't consider a medical device for approval until the manufacturer asks them to.
