ECG Format unreadable in Word

I successfully took an ECG reading and exported it via email to my computer.

However, it is in a format that cannot be converted by Word into readable format, it looks something similar to Wingdings.

What format do I need to change it to, or do I need to make an adjustment in Fitbit?

Ah, sorry about that @mushydom.

Here’s the thread I was getting the information from.  It might be worth trying some of the steps advised there.  ECG isn’t available in my country yet so I can’t check it out for myself.

Unable to download report

Good luck!

Hello @mushydom

If you go back to the report in your App, tap Export PDF.  That form should be readable anywhere.

I hope that helps a bit.
