ECG app disappeared from the Charge 5

My ecg app just dissapeared from the watch. I didnt update it or done nothing. I fly to another country but even in plane it was gone. I try to install it but install screen is just waiting but not installing anything. I cant install the app. How can i solve it. I just buy the watch 5 days ago.

No i wont. Is it because i come to a country doesnt listed as allows ecg features?
