The ECG app on my Charge 5 says "can't find phone" even though the tracker itself is connected! On going into Apps it will not even let me Uninstall it! There is clearly a software issue - I've tried uninstalling the phone app & disconnecting & reconnecting the tracker but nothing changes. Anyone had this and managed to fix it?
