Getting really frustrated with still not having the ECG app on my Fitbit Charge 5.
The device has the CE marking meaning it has been approved by EU. As an EU country Finland follows the EU regulations and the app is already available in many other EU countries.
Why is it so hard for Fitbit to get this app issue taken care of?
I’d love to carry on using my Fitbit device instead of getting e.g an Oura ring but have no choice unless this issue is resolved soon by Fitbit.

Hello @mnks2 and welcome to the Community. The ECG app is a medically regulated feature. It needed to be approved by the US Food and Drug administration (FDA) before it could be released here. It needs to be approved by the equivalent regulatory body in Finland before it can be released there. Finland isn't the only EU country where the ECG app isn't available.

Can you share any update when ECG app could be available in Finland? Samsung and Apple watch products has had the feature available in Finland for many years so it sounds weird if you can't get it approved.
