My ECG app dies nothing when I hold fingers on the side for 30 seconds. I've reinstalled the app several times but it still doesn't work. When I do a reinstall it doesn't ask me for a new Health Assessment.
How do I get it to work again?

Hello @Citroen2CV
Just want to confirm that you haven't traveled to an area where the ECG isn't supported. Also want to confirm that you're not using a VPN.

Not using VPN. Is New Zealand a supported country? It use to work. The EDA function works, so peob not a hardware issue.

NZ is supported, so still no reason why it shouldn't work? What do you suggest, especially as EDA function works but not ECG?

Hello @Citroen2CV
That is interesting to see that EDA is working but not ECG. Have you had a chance to double check your location in your Fitbit app settings to confirm it's correct?
