Hi. I am based in Singapore. I had been using the ECG app on Fitbit Charge 5 which was bought about 2
months ago.
1) A fully charged Battery drains in 2 hours after 1 month of usage. Restarted, reinstallation, force restart and firmware updates did not help.
2) 3 weeks ago, the ECG app stopped working as well. I get an error message every time I start the app. I have reinstalled the app multiple times, force restart my Fitbit, reinstalled my Apple Fitbit app to no avail with a failing battery.
These problems are very frustrating. Please help! Thank you!
